Thankfully I was an established patient so I was able to call first thing for an emergency situation, unfortunately they were so full and couldn’t get me in, but Casey called around and got me in with another eye dr at another clinic that same morning! She even forwarded them over my information and called me back with all of theirs. Kristin at the front desk is always so friendly both in person and over the phone and I was impressed with the dr from my very first visit a few years ago. Will be back and will suggest to others 👏👏👏

Dr. Girard and all of the staff at his office are both very attentive and caring. We initially sought care for my dad who was in poor health in 2020, and the whole office treated him with kind and respectful care. This was huge after having previously been dismissed by other providers. It was probably another normal day for them, but for us, it made a huge difference in his quality of life, and left a lasting impact. We highly recommend Visionary Optometry!
